Our Process
From the first message to an ongoing care relationship, here is what you should expect: a clear path to someone your pet will look forward to seeing.
Getting Started
Use the contact form on the site or send a direct email. Tell us a little about your pet - their name, their species, any quirks worth knowing about. There are no wrong answers and nothing too small to mention. The more you share upfront, the better the first conversation goes.
First Connection
We'll follow up to learn more and answer any questions you have. This is also when we share a short pet profile form - basic health history, emergency contacts, vet information, routine, and behavioral notes. It takes about ten minutes and helps us arrive at the meet and greet already knowing your pet on paper.
The Meeting
We come to you at home, with your pet present. We'll talk about routines, your pet's personality, and what good care looks like for your needs. There is no pitch and no pressure. Just like a visit from a neighbor. If it feels right for both of us, we move forward. If either side isn't feeling it, we part ways with no hard feelings.
Making It Official
Once we've agreed we're a good match, we finalize the pet profile, sign the service agreement, and handle key or access code exchange. We keep access information in secure storage and it never leaves the service relationship.
Day One
The first visit is always done with a little extra attention and patience. New places, new routines, new person - pets notice all of it. We take it at their pace. After the visit, you get a photo report card on how it went: what they did, how they felt, anything worth knowing.
The Long Game
Over time we learn your pet's moods, their favorite routes, the signs that something is off. Scheduling, adjustments, and questions go straight to us, not an app.
Ready When You Are
The first step is just a message. Tell us about your animal, your schedule, your situation. We’ll take it from there.
